What I mean by "solution" its the whole process of installing and testing and commissioning.

That is not called a solution. A solution is an answer to a problem. What is the problem?
I would call it an installation of a (photovoltaic) system.

The quotation contains includes the lithium-ion batteries. If the offer is overbudget, we can go to opt for lead acid batteries then the budget will go down to which will bring the cost down to $50,000.

Sometimes I wish I could give a post two likes. Job, please read that post (#4) again once or twice to be sure you remember the helpful advice. (The word "solution" didn't make sense to me, which why I asked that question.)
