Hi.

The following sentence is from my essay. "Today, the pace of life is increasing with technological advancements". I want to say that because of the development of technology, the tempo of our life has increased. Is my italic sentence natural?

I would say "the pace of life is faster".

I like increasing. It means that the pace is accelerating.

But it might be a little clearer is you turned it around: Today, with technological advancements, the pace of life is increasing.

That way, it would have a stronger sense of cause and effect: the pace is increasing because of technology.
