This is a paragraph for a research paper and it should be in future tense. Please point out any mistakes and offer corrections.

Upon the approval of the survey questionnaire, the researcher will multiply it by the number of copies sufficient to accommodate all the respondents. At the same time, the researchers prepared a letter to the Dean of the...College asking for consent in conducting the study at the institution.
After approval of the letter request, the researchers also prepared a letter to the respondents asking for their permission and to assure them that the information they will be sharing will be treated with the outmost confidentiality and explain to the respondents the importance of their response to the study. The researchers will also clarify some terms for the respondents. Following that, the researchers will distribute the survey questionnaires to the selected first-year BEED students taking the course GE 5 Purposive Communication. Later, the researchers will retrieve one hundred percent (100%) of the survey questionnaires after the respondents had completed them.
All gathered data will be organised and tabulated to serve as proof of the study.

You say that the text is to be written in the future tense. Why have you mixed the future tense with the past tense?

I will edit it later

I think I'm done editing it.

Is it a homework assignment?

Then why are you doing it?

Hint: You need to make three further corrections,

Why does it have to use the future tense?

Then why are you doing it?
It's a task given by our professor. Okay, maybe it can be considered as an assignment.

Is it my transitional phrases? I'm not good at using them.
