Hello everybody!
Last Friday I came across "per 100 m against the line of keel sighting". It occurs in GUIDE FOR SHIPBUILDING AND REPAIR QUALITY STANDARD FOR HULL STRUCTURES DURING CONSTRUCTION. Could you help me decipher this phrase. I haven't the slightest idea what it can mean.
