Is this "personality tricks" like even if you are bad-tempered, you pretend to be gentle, warm-hearted, kind, etc to impress women? Is that correct? And "feel faint with joy" may mean "jump with joy" even though you don't actually faint to the ground, right?
ex)Many men in the world lie awake at night fantasizing how to impress women. They dream of flattering words and practice personality tricks to make them feel faint with joy.
