In Harry Potter, there is a question of how to get onto the platform 9[SUP]3[/SUP]/[SUB]4.

[/SUB]Well, I said "Platform nine and three fourths" to my iPhone and Siri correctly showed "platform 9[SUP]3[/SUP]/[SUB]4[/SUB]".

I wonder what way would you pronounce "platform 9[SUP]3[/SUP]/[SUB]4[/SUB]"?

Nine and three quarters.

She should also recognize nine and three fourths. Pronouncing that is quite challenging for many learners; perhaps getting Siri to recognize your pronunciation would be a good exercise. :)

Once you master "fourths," you can try "thirty-secondths."

32ths of an inch is the convenient unit used to measure tire tread in the US. A new tire is 10. When you get to 3 or 4, it's time for new tires.

For graduate-level studies, practice saying the rotation rate of long-playing ("LP") records: thirty-three and a third RPM.

To be fair, all plural ordinal numbers are great for practicing your TH. My personal favorite is three sixths.

This YouTube video should answer your question, GoodTaste.
