Don't play ON the street.

Hello, Murat.
Please remember to end each sentence with the relevant punctuation mark.

In BrE, "to play on the street" usually simply means "to play outside the house" (not in a park but in the area outside the house/flat). That includes the pavements. "To play in the street" means "to play on the tarmac part where cars drive". This might not be the interpretation of all BrE speakers though. Obviously, playing in the street (or more usually, playing in the road) is far more dangerous!
