**Neither a teacher nor a native speaker.**

Your text looks good to me, however, I'm not sure about these four things:
(I added and highlighted them.)
We learn the basic rules of scouting in the first three months [STRIKE]within[/STRIKE] by the activities as a mountain bike tour, fishing and hillwalking. At the end of the third months we swear:?: and start scouting activities. We arrange mountain and forest tours and have (an/the) opportunity to learn through having fun.

Within looks strange to me, altough I cannot say it's definitely wrong.
I would add an a before mountain bike tour.
... by the activities as a mountain bike tour, fishing and hillwalking.
"A fishing" or "a hillwalking" seems to be wrong, but the mountain bike tour needs an a (in my opinion).

A confirmation or some advice by other members/teachers would be very nice :)

P.S. Swear?

Cheers!

To swear has more than one meaning. I believe that you are using it in the sense of taking an oath. The way it is written means that you curse - "This dammed bike is broken." You could write it this way, "...we swear to (be good scouts - uphold the ideals of scouting - follow the rules, and more)."

or perhaps "we have a swearing-in ceremony"? or "We take the Scout oath". According to the Scout website, they have an Oath and a Law.

 So the sentence should be 'At the end of the third month we are sworn in'; it would make sense if you said 'At the end of the third month we take the oath', but in my memory of scouting - as the ceremony is called 'swearing-in' - the usual expression would be 'we are sworn in'.

Hey,
I had the same idea but did not change it.
What if there is such an event every year?
Let's say it always takes 4 weeks, each week a certain program.
Can't you say: "After the 3rd weeks we begin with moubtain bike tours"? (As example).
Does 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ..., 50th only work with singular?

Cheers!
