Could you rewrite it please, Zoe. It's not at all clear.

Hi Zoe

Do you mean that they completed and submitted the Customs document before they completed the packing. When they finished the packing, they were one box short based on what had been declared to Customs. To compensate, they added a spare box, with other material, to make the number of boxes tally with the Customs document? (Customs Departments are very suspicious of items that don't completely tally with the documents)

Please advise whether or not this is what you meant and I'll have another go.

Best regards

Hi Route21,

I would like to rewrite, please help again when you have time, thanks

We had advised Michell that the factory mishandled the customs document to 1500 pcs, and they will use empty carton to fulfill their declared document as it was requested match. The carton no. 123 you received is the empty carton but they stuff some parts inside the box.

Regards
Zoe

Hi Zoe

"We advised Michelle that the factory mistakenly referred to 1500 pcs on the customs document.

They have had to use an empty carton, as the actual consignment must match the customs document. Carton no. 123 is the otherwise empty carton, in which they have had to place various parts, to help match the customs document."

Hope this helps
