Hope you and all at AIM will be fine and busy with good health. Through this email we just wanted to know about the current status of our approved amount of US $ _____. As till to date our bank has not received that amount.

Your reply in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Yes, I know you specifically requested 'grammar' corrections but sometimes it's hard to separate the grammar from the other issues.

It's very unusual to ask after the health of company member in a business email, unless you know them personally.
"Yet" is an extremely useful word to use instead of "at this point in time" or "at the time of writing" - "Our bank has not yet received this amount."
Your letter has been dated (and the time given if it's an email), so "yet" is easily understood.
