1. Redundant to use insurance twice in the same sentence.

2. Are you sure that one party to an insurance policy is filing a claim and another party to the same policy is not part of that filing? I guess it's possible, but it seems much more likely to be: ~Please find attached a copy of the claim which I have sent to our insurance company.

3.We forward things that we have received, not things that we originate.

4. Your second sentence is not good, but it's hard to suggest the best alternative without details of the relationship between the writer and the reader.

5. Full stop at the end of your last sentence.
