Please note my multiple corrections above. You can't just write a string of words with no capitalisation or punctuation. You must separate your text into sentences and paragraphs. When you give us more than one sentence to consider, please number them to make it easier for us to refer to them in our responses.

Sentence 1 is OK with the addition of the article. Sentence 2 doesn't work. You could say "Please find the file attached" as long as the file has been mentioned before.

I'd say that see means you're asking the person to look at the information contained in the file whereas find just means you want the person to know you've attached a file.
