Respected sir i m a new student to this forum , i am having problems regarding precise writting because i am not familar with its basic rules please guide me and tell me whats the exact rules for precise writting . regards

You really do need to get the key word right, even if all the others are wrong.
'Précis' or 'precis' is not 'precise'.

Anyhow, you need to go back to the basics first. Use punctuation, capitalise 'I', don't put a space before a comma or period, etc. These are all essential in writing a good précis.

Essay? Remember my point about getting the key words right. You want to be understood.
