I have some sentences here. Can you help me check If they are natural. If there is something wrong, please correct my mistakes.
1. At the age of 16 to 30, you can join this club.
2. From 16 to 30 of age, you can join this club.
3. Ages 16 to 30, you can join this club.
4. At ages from 16 to 30, you can join this club.
5. Ages between 16 and 30, you can join this club.
Thank you!

They are all unnatural.

One of many natural renditions would be 'People aged between 16 and 30 can join this club'.

Can you suggest the best answer for this question
1. At what age can one join the Youth Union?
Can I answer: From 16 to 30 years of age.
If I want to use "at" in the answer, can you suggest one.

Why do you want to use "at"? Rover gave you a perfectly good suggestion.

Because I often hear and see "at the age of ...". EX: People at the age of 16.
Another reason is that in my students' book, there is a passage containing a sentence: "Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is an Organization for Vietnamese youth from 16 to 30 years of age ." and a comprehension question for the passage 1. At what age can one join the Youth Union? and answer key is: from 16 to 30 years of age.
I want to use standard English to answer this question and explain to my students so please help me.

We commonly use "at" for a particular age, but not for a range of ages.

"Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union is an Organization for Vietnamese youth from 16 to 30 years of age ."
is it possible to use from 16 to 30 years of age in this sentence or I should change it into aged between 16 and 30?

I would use the "from" phrase.

Thank you very much!
