Are you already studying formally, with classes, or are you studying alone? I'm not entirely familiar with the test so I'm not sure which books would be best for you. Do you have specific problems, for example with grammar or vocabulary?

As far as any written part of the test is concerned, please see my amendments to your original post. You need to concentrate on your use of capitalisation, plural verbs and word order, for a start.
