hello
what is the preposition coming with the verb survive ?

Welcome to the forums, massalma. Please provide us with a sentence using "survive".

NOT A TEACHER

The one that will normally collocate with survive (and couldn't be changed by a different preposition in this meaning) is on:
I can't believe how they've been able to survive on so little money for so long.

When the verb is a transitive one, you don't use a preposition with it:
We considered ourselves extremely lucky to have survived the accident.

Obviously, you can use any other preposition with survive that fits the context in other valid cases.

In future, engee, when a moderator asks for a specimen sentence from the OP, please wait until he or she has responded.

Sorry Rover_KE, I must have been answering the question simultaneously, but it just took me more time to submit it - I was then not aware of the answer provided by bhaisahab.
