"Prices on/of those apartments have gone up."

Is "on" or "of" the right answer?

"They are calling on regulators to investigate the rise in prices and, in the meantime, to freeze prices on home insurance and medical malpractice coverage."

Would there be any difference between "prices on" and "prices of"?
No, IMO.
