[Grammar] "probably may"

Just wanted to ask if this sentence is correct:

He probably may be doing homework.

He probably may be doing homework.

No, that doesn't work. "Probably" and "may/may be" don't work together.

He is probably doing his homework.
or
He may (preferably "might") be doing his homework.

The first indicates probability. The second indicates possibility.
 
It works only if the homework is on the topic of quantum mechanics. Edit: Me too, JJ.
