pronunciation of "considerable"

My hearing agrees with yours: he says "considible". In my opinion it's sloppy or lazy, but it's frequently heard in AmE.

At first, I tended to agree. However, after putting on headsets and raising the volume, it is there, "slightly." In the correct pronunciation, it should be better enunciated.

He says it fast, but it's there; I hear it!
Slow down the playback speed, and see if you can discern it.

I can hear it too, albeit spoken without the degree of emphasis I would have given it. However, I was born and brought up in the far North of Scotland, where we do like to 'roll our rrrrs'...
It pains me, for example, to hear 'February' pronounced as 'Febuary'.
