Pronunciation of 'you're are having' in a rush speech - British accent

Can you please help me in recognising of 'you're are having a dinner.... in a very rush conversation/speech between two British speakers. What should be a starting point in doing this. I do understand that some sounds are merged and missed out but I have listened to the tape for many times but I feel that I still cannot catch sounds. Thank you.
 
You probably misheard 'You are having a dinner'.

It could simply be something that comes out in speech- we often repeat ourselves and say unnecessary words.
 
It could have been a mishearing of "You're all having a dinner" too.
