Does the speaker sounds native in the above videos in terms of accent, vocabulary and grammar?

I assume you're asking if she sounds like a native American English speaker. I listened to the first couple of minutes. There were only a couple of very minor pronunciation giveaways but, in general, she's fairly convincing.

A tiny, barely detectable trace of non-native accent, but the grammar and vocabulary are faultless for AmE.

I agree she speaks very good English.
Interestingly, however, she sounds to me like a Chinese speaker, especially when she says, "Hi, guys. Welcome back to my channel."

A few of her "s" sounds are a little too sibilant.
She mispronounces "hotel" as "hottel" (short "o" instead of long).
