Hi Ttaann, I suggest the following changes.

And whether you were my Ms. Right? ("Mrs." is for married women. You could use "Ms." or "Miss" instead)
In time, I have come to see that you are the person
I want to spend my life with. I want the timing
to be perfect and to make this moment special.
So, I decided to make this video.
The video asks "Will you be my girlfriend?" (The original said the video had many questions, but you only mention one. I wasn't sure what your intent was here or how the series of questions and this specific question were connected.)
Today, my feelings for you are stronger than ever
and I want to show you how much I need you.
