While reading online newspaper, I am a big fan of global news, I came across this article.
"Putin not interested in ending war in Ukraine – ISW".
The article raises grammar questions: Why be verb is omitted after "Putin" and is it grammatically correct to omit it? Is the deletion is attributed to writing journals style?
