You will sing in the grandest theater with the finest orchestra in the greatest city on Earth. "Jenny Lind. And at 20 percent of the gate, it'll be a queen's ransom for your efforts.

What is the meaning of "queen's ransom for your efforts"?
So queen has to pay: Jenny Lind or PT Burnam?

"A queen's ransom" (more commonly "a king's ransom") = a huge amount of money
"for your efforts" = in return for your performance.

The Queen (note the capitalisation) doesn't pay anyone. Jenny Lind's money will be 20% of the money paid by theatre-goers who buy tickets to the show.
