Hi,

What's the difference between "English Quiz" and "English Quizzes"?

English Quiz: the questions of the same type such as synonyms, antonyms or prepositions
English Quizzes: the questions of different types. One question is about the antonym and the second question might be about prepositions etc.

Is that supposed to be an example, or a summary of your understanding? If the latter, then you're incorrect. The only difference is in number, as Dave stated.

No. A quiz can have several questions. A quiz is a brief test to see a student's understanding of a subject. It is common in schools to have a weekly quiz on the items covered that week.

Contrast with a test or exam, which may happen once per month or so, takes the entire class time (or more) and covers weeks worth of material.

We have a quiz every Friday.

No. A quiz is a series of questions, sometimes all on one topic, sometimes on several topics. One single question does not constitute a quiz.

I want to save some questions related to English synonyms, antonyms, prepositions, adverbs etc. What should be the name for the folder:?

Is "English Grammar Quiz" OK? There will be lots of MCQs questions in the folder.

When do we use "quizzes"?

You can call it anything you like, as long as you're going to remember what's in it.

If it's a quiz about English grammar, of course it's OK.
When do we use "quizzes"?
When we're referring to more than one quiz.

I really don't know where you're going with this line of questioning. Why do you think "quiz" behaves any differently in the singular and plural from any other countable noun?

When do we use "quizzes"?
When you have more than one quiz!

It makes no difference how many questions are on each quiz. If you have more than one short test, 'use quizzes'. If there's only one short test, use 'quiz'.

It makes no difference what kind of questions they are - multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answers, essay, matching, If you have more than one, 'use quizzes'. If there's only one, use 'quiz'.

It makes no difference if they're asking about different subjects. If you have more than one, 'use quizzes'. If there's only one, use 'quiz'.

If you only have one, it's a quiz.
If you have two or more of them, then you have quizzes.

You almost seem to be confusing 'questions' with 'quiz'. Do you understand that a 'quiz' is a short test? A quiz (just like an exam or test) is comprised of individual questions.
