1.She is really nice
2.She is nice really.
Do they mean the same? Or does the second sentence mean that I confirm that she is nice. The examples are mine. And should I stress really or nice in "She is really nice"? If both stresses are possible, what is the difference?

I would emphasize "nice" in the first one.

I should qualify my previous response. As a general statement of opinion, I'd stress "really". If, however, I was giving that opinion in response to someone else's different adjective, I might stress "nice".

Helen: Have you met Sarah yet? She's really clever.
John: Well, she's really nice.

The suggestion is either that John disagrees with Helen as to whether Sarah is clever, or he simply hasn't had time to form an opinion about her intelligence. John might follow it with something like "That's all I can say right now".
