Hello!
Please help me with the correct expression:

"I have been made an offer"
or
"I received an offer" ?

Which one is the most accurate to use in a formal e-mail?
Thank you in advance!

I would say either "I have received an offer..." or "I have been offered..."

I have been offered a job at...
I have been offered a place on a Spanish course...

I have received an offer of a place at university.
I have received an offer of a free gift.

Thank you so much for your assistance and quick response!
