[General] relay this to Mr.Li

Hi.

If I have a message or something for Mr.Li but Mr Li isn't in the office right now, is it natural to say "Can you relay this to Mr.Li" to his secretary?
 
No.

Can you give Mr Li a message, please?
 
Also "Can you give this to Mr Li please?"
This works for messages (notes) or other things.
 
In BrE, there is no need to put a full stop after "Mr". However, if you do use one, you must put a space after it, before writing the surname.
