Hello.

Can I say 'I was taken out from the list' instead of 'I was removed from the list'?
 
No, but you can say "I was taken off the list".

But 'I was removed from the list' isn't a mistake, is it? Maybe there is a more natural way to say that?

I like "removed", but "deleted" would work.

It's fine. Strictly speaking, it was your name, not your person that was removed, but I wouldn't pay any attention to anyone who complained about it.
