Dear all:
What is the exact meaning of the words in bold in the following passage? It is from the book The Shah’s Imperial Celebrations of 1971, by Robert Steele, p. 119.
"Upham Pope, who made the following suggestion in 1960: ‘Of course there should not be a single person in Persia during this period who does not have the message of this significant event dramatically brought home to him. It can be a tremendous creator of morale and intense loyalty to the country and of a resolute home to build a future adequate to the promise of its beginnings.’"
Many thanks in advance.
