Hi,

Which one is correct?

Respect and be respected.
Respect to be respected.
 
I would say:

Respect others if you hope to be respected yourself.

(Neither.)
 
As imperatives, these are both acceptable.
 
You could say:

Respect yourself, and respect others.
 
You can also say:

Respect goes/works both ways.
