[Vocabulary] Review VS Revision

I looked up both in Oxford dictionary.
Revision:(BrE) the process of learning work for an exam
Review: (NAmE) a lesson in which you look again at something you have studied, especially in order to prepare for an exam.

So I think there’s no difference between review and review when they used as the explanation of learning work for preparing an exam.
Revision is used in British English.
Review is used in North America English.

What I think about above is right?

Are you sure you meant to say "I think there's no difference between review and review"?

Yes, I think there is no difference between “review” and “revision” when they are used as noun and explained as learning work to prepare for an exam.
Please tell me the difference if that is wrong.
