i would like to write a letter to the company that they are good working with us long time and we respect their loyal business with us .
now we want to tell them that they have outstanding amount xxx. and there is problem in the balance . we will check and we will inform . mean while u pay what the balance amount.

i want to write this in good enlgish

My business experience in India tells me that such communications are not made in plain modern English. Very old-fashioned courtesies and circumlocutions are customary. Therefore you would be better off asking an Indian business person than us. Otherwise you may risk offending your customer or client.
