"Rock Tiger Park" or "Tiger Rock Park"? How do you interprete the phrases here?

You are right here. I'm doing a research on the image that site translation might produce on tourists.

Rock Tiger Park just sounds wrong. Like something poorly translated. It tells me nothing about the park compared to Tiger Rock Park.

The first sounds odd to me- a rock might look like a tiger, but a tiger is unlikely to look like a rock.

Tiger Rock Park gives the impression that there is a place in the park called Tiger Rock.
Rock Tiger Park might be an artificial park with rock carvings of tigers in it.
