Sales of jam

I am confused between using that and their. I have attached the graph for task 1 .

The most noticeable feature was the gradual increase in strawberry jam sales, which started 3.5 million units in 2009, then rose to 5.5 million in 2010 , and reached their/ that peak at 6.6 million in 2014.

I wrote the above sentence myself to prepare for IELTS writing task 1 . The graph is found on the internet in multiple sources.
