According to Oxford and MacMillan it's screenshot.
According to wiki it's screenshot or screen shot.
According to Longman the word 'doesn't exist' :-D; so much for "contemporary English".

They seem to be at present, though the single word usage appears to predominate and will eventually take over completely.
