What is the difference between:

- I will send you a letter
- I will send to you a letter
?
 
What is the difference between:

- I will send you a letter
- I will send to you a letter
?

I will send you a letter = I will a letter to you
It's wrong to say I will say send to you a letter
 
I'd use:
I will send you a letter
I will send a letter to you.

And there's no real difference.
