Hi,
What do you say when you send a picture to someone (via e-mail/facebook)? I need to send a picture of a passport to someone but I don't know what message to add to it. This person needs this picture to check-in online (for a flight).
Like "Here's a picture of...?" What would a native speaker normally say?

thanks in advance

Here is a scan of the details page of my passport.

"Please find attached the photo of my passport." This is quite formal. But it was quite normal in snail mail - "Please find enclosed ..."

"A photo of my passport" sounds rather strange. That could just be a photograph of the cover of the passport, which won't help anyone check in online. They need the details page, with a photograph, name, date of birth etc.

Maybe. The point of my post was the template for the beginning. I didn't pay much attention to what the actual attachment was. The OP called it a "picture of a passport".

The OP did indeed call it that. I suggested an alternative (which I considered to be more appropriate) in post #2.

Yes, and your suggestion was good. That's why I did not try to improve on it, but concentrated on giving an alternative to the opening.
"Please find attached a scan of the details page of my passport." Better?

So hopefully we can settle on "Please find attached a scan of the details page of my passport".

But.....

The document might not be scanned. The cameras of smartphones are so good these days that sometimes emailed photos of documents are acceptable.

Please find attached the details page of my passport.
