(I received the email from ABC Company and I forward it to this recipient.)

Should I use 'by' or 'from'?

I think you should use sent by, not sent from. "Sent from" should be used when you are talking about the place, like "sent from Alaska," whereas "sent by" is for when you are talking about the sender.
