She had her bag stolen vs. She got her bag stolen

Please, what is the difference in meaning between the two sentences "She had her bag stolen" and "She got her bag stolen"? There are other examples, e.g. "She had her hair cut"/"She got her hair cut" and so on. Now, how do "have" and "get" change the meaning of those sentences?
 
They both share the causative meaning, and they may both be used regardless of whether the subject arranges the action or not. The difference I think is firstly in the style—'get' is a bit more casual—and secondly in the focus, where 'get' tends to focus more on the result of the action and 'have' more on the initiation of the action.
