Is it wrong to say "Her sister does teaching"? Instead of saying "she is a teacher."

Is it wrong to say "Her sister does teaching" no question mark here instead of [strike]saying[/strike] "She is a teacher"?

Yes, that's wrong. You could say "She teaches" but that's not as natural as "She is a teacher".

Please note my corrections above.

We say things like "She teaches mathematics" or "She teaches third grade" or "She teaches high school physics".

You could say something like "She does some teaching on the side" or "She does some teaching now and then", but that's different from calling her a teacher.

Is it wrong to say, "Her sister does teaching,"[STRIKE]?[/STRIKE] instead of saying, "She is a teacher"?
Put question marks at the ends of sentences, not in the middle.

When you're quoting a complete sentence, capitalize the first letter of the quotation.
