Are these sentences correct:

1) He is the man I want to marry my sister.
2) She is the woman I want to dance. (I want her to dance.... I want her to be the woman who dances)
3) She is the woman I want to sing my song.

I would write:
1. He is the man I want my sister to marry.
3. She is the woman I want to sing my song to.

1 is OK but tedmc's suggestion is the more common word order.
2. That's correct.
3. It depends what you mean. If you've written a song and you have a particular singer in mind to sing it, your sentence works. In real life, you're more likely to name the person ("I want Taylor Swift to sing my song").

A sentence might be "correct" grammatically, but that doesn't mean anybody would say it. Try:

I want her to dance. (Good luck with that. 😊)
