Besides the shocking and deeply sadden news, it is not clear who was diagnosed with cancer, is it the husband or the woman. I have attached the picture of the news.

Why the "pronoun" not added after the word
"after" ?

At first glance, yes the news is about the woman and her picture is posed on the article too. She is likely to be diagnosed with cancer, rather than her husband.

Why is the no quotation marks here pronoun no quotation marks here not added after the word "after"?

I somehow disagree, it could be the other way around, meaning that after the husband was diagnosed with cancer, the woman betrayed her husband and dating men. I would suggest that previous opinion if the news is written as

"After cancer diagnosis, the woman leaves husband and goes on wild sex adventure with over 100 men.

It is still ambiguous, but this is, in my opinion, means the the man who is diagnosed with cancer, not the woman.

I noticed that there are articles and possessive pronouns were omitted as it is news article. I think it is hard to guess who went on a wild sex adventure without reading the entire article, isn't it?

Like the others, I would assume that it was the woman who had been diagnosed with cancer but I can't disagree with your claim that it's not 100% clear.
