On Daily Mail news website, the news says
"Woman leaves husband and goes on wild sex adventure with over 100 men after cancer diagnosis".

Besides the shocking and deeply sadden news, it is not clear who was diagnosed with cancer, is it the husband or the woman. I have attached the picture of the news.

Why the "pronoun" not added after the word
"after" ?

"Woman leaves husband and goes on wild sex adventure with over 100 men after he diagnosed with cancer".

It's a clickbait headline. It is intended to attract attention and gain clicks rather than to impart facts.

Newspaper headlines frequently omit words for the sake of brevity, but it's very likely that she rather than her husband was diagnosed with cancer. Also, I concur 100% with @PeterCW.

Logic tell us that a person diagnosed with cancer, knowing they don't have much time left, might want to spend the rest of their life to the fullest. I've seen such stories in movies too.

At first glance, yes the news is about the woman and her picture is posed on the article too. She is likely to be diagnosed with cancer, rather than her husband.

Why is the no quotation marks here pronoun no quotation marks here not added after the word "after"?
Please note my corrections above.

It's interesting that the only thing you thought was missing was the pronoun. If that sentence were written out in grammatical English, there would be other changes. I've added the other "missing" words in bold below.

A woman leaves her husband and goes on a wild sex adventure with over 100 men after her cancer diagnosis.

I somehow disagree, it could be the other way around, meaning that after the husband was diagnosed with cancer, the woman betrayed her husband and dating men. I would suggest that previous opinion if the news is written as

"After cancer diagnosis, the woman leaves husband and goes on wild sex adventure with over 100 men.

It is still ambiguous, but this is, in my opinion, means the the man who is diagnosed with cancer, not the woman.

Thank you for your contribution.

I noticed that there are articles and possessive pronouns were omitted as it is news article. I think it is hard to guess who went on a wild sex adventure without reading the entire article, isn't it?

That would be an extremely mean woman. Very unlikely.
And even grammar-wise, it's still not ambiguous:

Woman leaves husband and goes on wild sex adventure with over 100 men after cancer diagnosis

The structure is: Woman [does some things] after cancer diagnosis

Like the others, I would assume that it was the woman who had been diagnosed with cancer but I can't disagree with your claim that it's not 100% clear.
