'She loves herself as she is.'

Is that right?

In this writing, she was born with cerebral palsy. And She accepts herself.

Can I use this sentence as a conclusion?

It sounds good to me.

'She loves herself as she is.'

In this writing, she was born with cerebral palsy (remove full stop) and [strike]She[/strike] she accepts herself.

Can I use this sentence as a conclusion?

Your final sentence is fine. However, please see the amendments I have made to your post above. There was certainly no reason to capitalise "she".
