She saw her brother off.

Is it the correct "Indirect speech" for the "Direct speech" in the title above?
 
No.

She said "Goodbye" to her brother.

Or more simply She said goodbye to her brother.

Are these above sentences 'Direct speech'?

Fine. I guess I was lacking the ability to post a question in a right order/way. I titled the question in 'indirect speech', and asked if the answer in my post #1 to the title was correct or not.
 
Direct speech.
 
The words inside quotation marks are direct speech.

Paul: "Goodbye." [direct]

Paul said goodbye.
[indirect]
