"We can be proud on the past and it is giving us strength and ideas for future."

Please see my corrections to your post above. Remember these rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".

As the others have explained, the slogan you saw should have read "Proud of the past, focused on the future". The use of capitalisation for "past" and "future" would be permissible on a banner or a poster if it was laid out like your post:

Proud of the Past.
Focused on the Future.
