"It supports current advice that we should all be eating plenty of green veg."

Does above sentence mean,
"It supports current advice that we should all eat plenty of green veg."?

Please also answer,what is the meaning of original sentence and what the difference words "should all be eating" make on the sentence?

It makes no difference to the meaning of the sentence. You're right that the suggestion is that we should all eat lots of green veg. The only thing that using "we should all be eating" does is makes it clear that we should be doing it now and we should be doing it regularly.

I am eating bread = present continuous.
I should be eating porridge = modal continuous.
