Which of the following sentence gives correct meaning?
Is there any difference in their meaning ?

Example-
I really should be studying for my exam tomorrow.
OR
I really would be studying for my exam tomorrow.

You have given us two identical sentences.

I suppose debasis meant "I really would be studying for my exam tomorrow" as the second. :-D

You are right. I meant the same.
I have corrected it now.

In which case the second sentence would be wrong.

If I am not wrong we use "would be" in hypothetical sentence.

For example "We would be travelling by train by this time tomorrow." (Meaning - We would be in train by this time tomorrow.)

Then why the sentence "I would be studying for my exam tomorrow." is wrong?

Your sentence in blue is incorrect.

Is the following correct form for this sentence?

"We will be travelling by train by this time tomorrow."
