I think there should be something wrong with your computer.
I think there must be something wrong with your computer.

Both are correct?
Which sentence is more natural? or it depends on a situation?

No, only sentence 2 is correct. It means that the only sensible assumption is that there is something wrong.

There must be something wrong with my computer. I should get it fixed.

Sentence two would usually be correct because you have experienced something wrong with the computer. Sentence 1 would only be correct if you are guessing from evidence or proof not direct experience.
For example, you work in a computer repair shop and you see a computer in the back room. You did not use the computer and you don't know where it is from but because it is at the repair shop, you can guess there is something wrong.

Sentence 1 would only be correct if you are guessing from evidence or proof not direct experience.
For example, you work in a computer repair shop and you see a computer in the back room. You did not use the computer and you don't know where it is from but because it is at the repair shop, you can guess there is something wrong.
Even then, should wouldn't be my modal of choice.
